TRMOTOR Power Systems was established on April 20, 2017 by Savunma Sanayii Teknolojileri A.Ş. to carry out design and development activities in the field of aviation gas turbine engine technologies in Turkey. As of December 6, 2021, all shares of our company were acquired by Turkish Aerospace Industries and as of April 10, 2018, our company has accelerated its activities by being assigned to carry out the engine production of the National Fighter Aircraft KAAN. TRM-APU40 is an Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) designed to meet the operational needs of an aircraft both on the ground and at high altitudes. This system provides the mechanical power required to safely start the main engines of the aircraft on the ground and in flight, while also generating the electrical energy needed by avionics equipment before the main engines are engaged.
